Marriage is a beautiful and sacred vocation. In the Sacrament of Matrimony, a man and woman enter into a lifelong, faithful, and unbreakable covenant with one another, rooted in God's love.

Instituted by God, marriage is a gift that strengthens the family and contributes to the life and well-being of our Church, community, and world. Through their exchange of vows, the bride and groom freely give themselves to one another. Their marriage is blessed by a priest or deacon and celebrated in the presence of the Church community.

The Sacrament of Matrimony is a visible sign of Christ's faithful and enduring love for His Church. Through this sacrament, husband and wife receive God's grace to grow together in love, remain faithful to their covenant, and embrace the joys and challenges of married life.

Planning Your Wedding at CCBN

We are honored to accompany you as you prepare to celebrate the Sacrament of Matrimony and begin your life together.

Please complete the Marriage Request Form below at least six months before your desired wedding date.

Once we receive your form, a member of the CCBN Central Office will contact you by email with information about marriage preparation and the next steps in planning your wedding.

We look forward to sharing in this special time with you and supporting you as you prepare for the beautiful vocation of marriage.

*Please note the following before completing the form:

• All Saturday weddings are scheduled no later than 1:00pm - no exceptions.
• We are unable to schedule weddings on 1st Saturdays (the Saturday following the first Friday of each month).
• Weddings cannot be scheduled on the following dates:  Palm Saturday, Palm Sunday, Holy Saturday, Easter Sunday,  Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day - no exceptions.

·        A wedding between two Catholics can be celebrated with either a Mass or a wedding ceremony.

• A wedding between a Catholic and a baptized Protestant can ONLY be celebrated with a wedding ceremony (not a Mass).
• A wedding between a Catholic and a non-baptized person can ONLY be celebrated with a wedding ceremony (not a Mass).
